What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, they are included in the booking. One set of towels is provided per stay, with towels changed weekly. Bed linen is changed every two weeks.
Does the room have a lock?
Yes, all rooms have a lock for added privacy.
Is the bathroom private or shared?
It is a private bathroom.
Is cleaning provided during the stay?
For stays of 2 weeks or more, we provide a room cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels. Towels are changed weekly. In addition, the apartment has a cleaning cabinet with supplies available for you to use during your stay as needed.
What is the neighborhood like? Is it close to public transport?
The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants nearby. Yes, the apartment is only a 3-minute walk from the Avenida de América Interchange, one of the city’s main public transport hubs (with many bus and subway lines). There are also several bus stops nearby to make getting around easy.
Are there other guests?
In the private studios, you rent the entire apartment and there are no other guests. In the “room” apartments, there may be 2 or 3 other guests in the apartment during your stay, as it is shared accommodation. However, you will still have your own private room and bathroom.
Is there a washing machine?
In the suites, yes but no dryer. In the shared apartments with rooms, no, there is no washing machine or dryer in the apartment. However, there is a very nearby laundry service that is easy to use and offers good service.
Can I store food in the fridge and in the kitchen?
Yes, there is space available for you.
